Nadayu and Arte+ also have lukewarm hits, also could be due to being niche

This will be our 1st purchase for property for own stay but we are stuck in the cross road whether to choose the Oasis 1 (1250sft) develop by TLS group or Mahogany Park (1087sft) develop by Sime Darby Property.
The concerns are mainly on the Oasis 1 being high density condominium which is built in soon to be high density area with 2 other condos built by the same company and their sales people said that an interchange or fly-over will be build to connect the area with SiLK highway. Currently, to go out from the area, one need to make a u-turn and go to Kajang-Cheras highway which most likely will be jammed up at Saujana Impian traffic light.
Whilst, Mahogany Park (MP) is built within serene neighborhood of Saujana Impian and about 1.9km from the nearest MRT station but the drawback is the size is smaller about 163sft compared to the former.
In your opinion should i choose Oasis 1 or MP for own stay and should i take into consideration in term of the overall surrounding or the unit size

However, judging from how you describe the 2,seems to me that you prefer MP :)
General rule of thumb for a 1st home: buy the one you like the most, preferably below your budget. Do not buy something over budget, no matter how much you like it.
